Big deal Cornell Pro-Dairy advocate makes a big mess in Cayuga County.He spills manure and does not report it to the DEC.
Isn’t that illegal?
The spill occurred in December and you can still see the evidence.
And the DEC?
Clueless as usual.
Or maybe Cornell professors are above the law.
